Bilingual Aesthetic Surgery Sales Consultant (English/Spanish) – Full Time (Beverly Hills, CA) About Dermaclinic Dermaclinic is a medical aesthetics company with more than 10 years of experience and six locations across the U.S.: Miami, New York, Houston, Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. We are hiring for our Los Angeles clinic in Beverly Hills, where we offer a full range of aesthetic surgery procedures under both local and general anesthesia. The Role We are looking for a results-driven, bilingual Sales Consultant to guide prospective patients from first inquiry to booked procedure. You will manage a high volume of leads and conduct in-person consultations at our clinic. Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound leads through our CRM (calls, texts, emails, and messages) Follow up quickly and consistently with every lead Conduct in-person consultations with prospective patients in English and Spanish Explain procedures, pricing, and financing options clearly and ethically Close sales and schedule procedures Keep accurate records of every interaction in the CRM Meet monthly sales and conversion goals Requirements Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – required At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar sales role (aesthetic surgery, med spa, cosmetic procedures, or other high-ticket sales) Verifiable sales results Strong experience using a CRM Confident and professional in face-to-face consultations Excellent communication and follow-up skills Organized, able to handle many leads at once Compensation Total annual compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 (fixed pay + commissions + performance bonuses) One week of paid vacation per year Schedule:
