Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Eligibility for Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome and supported
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology in West Virginia
• Experience in healthcare or pediatric environments is highly valued
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Background in school-based or pediatric SLP services preferred

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Deliver therapy sessions individually or in groups to address student goals
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress records in accordance with district policies
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, counselors, and families to best support student outcomes
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide support and resources to school staff and families to help implement communication strategies
