System Engineer I

Reflexive Concepts is seeking a skilled System Engineer I to join our team! We are looking for a System Engineer candidate with experience and interest in actively interacting with users to translate their experience with our technology stack into actionable work items. Position-Specific Responsibilities: Document user operations using front-end tools to assist in test plan development Assist documenting the architecture, dataflows and workflows that make up a complex technology solution Actively perform outreach for issues reported via our service desk to ensure clarity and completeness Actively perform outreach to ensure solutions (i.e., bug fixes, enhancements, etc.) meet customer needs Assist DevOps team with updating and maintaining System Health & Status tools Assist monitoring the health of the system during duty hours Maintain existing architecture documentation by working with team leads to understand impact of work in progress Assist the team in identifying risks and mitigations Assist TTO Lead with weekly status reporting Assist team leads with Sprint activities: planning, ticket maintenance, retrospective Assist team leads with or lead documenting release notes Qualifications: Seven (7) years’ experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity Bachelor’s degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree #J-18808-Ljbffr Reflexive Concepts
