Westfield Electroplating Company (WEPCO) is seeking a Parts Masker/Laborer to support the day-to-day production functions within our Masking Department.

Join the WEPCO team and earn a $1,250 sign-on bonus while starting a career in the metal finishing industry. No previous metal finishing experience is required we are willing to train the right candidate.

This position involves unpacking customer parts, cleaning various parts, and inspecting them for damage. The position also requires applying paints, tape, or silicone plugs to customer parts prior to plating. The use of solvents and thinners occurs daily.

A successful candidate must demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, be able to work independently without constant supervision, possess good oral and written communication skills, and have a strong desire to learn. Applicants must be flexible and able to adjust their workload to meet department demands. Candidates must also be comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with production employees, management, and other Maskers.

Pay Rate & Benefits

Starting Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

$1,250 Sign-On Bonus
