Account Executive II

Collaborating with clients and internal teams, the full-time Account Executive II will manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee and maintain all aspects of client relationships and satisfaction Provide monthly business reviews and ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and concerns Train new staff members within the client's organization and stay informed on industry changes Required qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in mortgage servicing or mortgage banking 3+ years of customer service experience Proficient knowledge of LPS/MSP systems and Microsoft Office applications Strong negotiation, mediation, and vendor/client management skills Virtual Vocations Inc
