Summary The Sales Professional creates exceptional client experiences and represents the Ralph Lauren brand. This role builds client relationships, delivers product expertise, and works to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Provide attentive customer service, product knowledge, and styling assistance. Build client relationships through correspondence and virtual selling. Drive sales across product categories and support product launches and customer experience initiatives. Assist with inventory, events, projects, and opening or closing duties as needed. Follow company policies and maintain professional presentation standards. Requirements Relevant work experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills. Proactive mindset, positive energy, and enthusiasm for working with people and the brand. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and use a ladder as trained.
