We believe that high-performing teams drive groundbreaking medical discoveries and invite all applicants to join us and experience what it means to be part of Mass General Brigham.**Job Summary**Responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint and other coatings to a variety of products using spray guns or other painting equipment.**Qualifications**Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary. -Apply paint and other coatings to products using spray guns, brushes, or rollers. -Mix and match paint colors to customer specifications or standard color charts. -Ensure that painted products meet quality standards by inspecting for defects and making necessary touch-ups or repairs. -Maintain spray guns and other painting equipment by cleaning and performing routine maintenance as necessary. -Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment as required. -Adhere to production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. -Communicate with other team members to ensure that products are completed according to specifications and customer requirements.Education High School Diploma or Equivalent required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
