Headquartered in Basel (Switzerland), Arxada employs 3,100 associates across 24 production sites and 14 R&D centers, all committed to our customers' success.As a Logistics Coordinator based in Costa Rica (fully remote), you will play a key role in strengthening Arxada's transportation performance through data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders and logistics partners. You will be responsible for managing outbound customer shipments and stock transfers across multiple transportation modes while identifying opportunities to enhance service quality, optimize costs, and improve network efficiency.This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and solution-oriented professional who enjoys turning insights into action, driving continuous improvement, and making a tangible impact on a global supply chain.Essential Job Functions:Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and logistics providers to ensure efficient, reliable, and ethical logistics operations.Analyze transportation and logistics data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and performance improvement initiatives.Leverage KPIs and metrics to provide actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.Collaborate across functions to drive process improvements, optimize supply chain networks, and support change initiatives.Act as a trusted analytics partner, translating complex logistics data into clear recommendations for stakeholders.Qualifications and Experience:Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret large datasets.Knowledge of SAP or strong aptitude for learning ERP systems.Understanding of all modes of transportation and logistics operations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and global teams.Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across a global organization.Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home & Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints & Coatings and Material Protection.Nutrition, Care & Environmental (NCE), meanwhile, provides materials used to manufacture composites for electronics, aerospace and other markets, as well as vitamins and nutritional ingredients, chemicals and performance intermediates, and raw materials for a wide range of high-performance applications.Arxada is an equal opportunity employer.
