Operations Manager

We're looking for a Operations Manager to oversee daily truckload operations, support customer and carrier relationships, and help build a high-performing operations team. What You’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop Customer Operations and Carrier Sales teams. Serve as the primary escalation point for shipment issues, service failures, and carrier concerns. Support key customer accounts by ensuring smooth execution and proactive communication. Assist with pricing, spot quotes, capacity procurement, and profitability management. Monitor and analyze KPIs related to service, productivity, margin, and carrier performance. Identify process improvements and help implement operational best practices. Collaborate with sales, account management, and leadership teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of truckload brokerage, transportation, or logistics operations experience. LTL experience is a plus Strong understanding of truckload pricing, carrier sourcing, and freight market dynamics. Experience managing customer and carrier relationships in a brokerage environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage KPIs and data to drive decisions. Proficiency with TMS platforms, Microsoft Excel, and transportation technology.
