\n Machine Operator 3rd shift \n

\n Looking for a manufacturing opportunity with  at least 6 months of production, manufacturing, or machine operation experience ? This Machine Operator role with a leading automotive manufacturer in Franklin, Indiana, could be a great fit for you!\n

In this role, you will operate production equipment, monitor the manufacturing process, and inspect parts to help ensure quality products are produced. \n This is a  temporary position with a Monday-Friday schedule, competitive pay, and great overtime opportunities.\n

\n Machine Operator Duties: \n

\n
• Operate production machinery according to established procedures.
\n
• Load and unload materials or components from production equipment.
\n
• Monitor machines and production processes for proper operation.
\n
• Inspect finished parts for quality and defects.
\n
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while following company safety procedures.
\n

\n Schedule: \n

\n
• Day Shift
\n
• Monday-Friday, 5:30p.m. to 4:00 a.m.
\n

\n Pay: $16.00 per hour \n

\n
• Great overtime opportunities are available.
\n

\n Machine Operator Requirements: \n

\n
• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience.
\n
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow established procedures.
\n
• Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
\n
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
\n
• Ability to lift and handle production materials as required.
\n
