Supervisor - Mark, Norrbotten

Do you have experience in land and construction and enjoy taking responsibility for production? As a Ground Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily work on site. You work in a project-based role where you work in projects all over Norrbotten, with responsibility for coordinating the daily work and creating progress where the projects are underway. You lead, follow up and plan production with a focus on safety, quality and structure. Duties: Ensure that the work is carried out correctly and with high quality Ensure that the schedule is kept in the daily work Plan, manage and follow up the production Allocate work and resources Communicate with skilled workers, subcontractors and site manager You are close to production and ensure that the work is driven forward in a safe, efficient and structured way. We are looking for you who want to take responsibility in everyday life, create order in production and help keep projects on track. Qualifications: Have experience from land, construction or construction Is structured and thorough Will set requirements and follow up Has drive and a sense of responsibility Can communicate in English in speech Has good computer skills B driving license is a requirement. Construction engineering training is an advantage, or equivalent experience.
