Finance and Insurance Manager

Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills is looking to add a Finance and Lease Manager to our Team! Position Overview The Finance and Lease Manager is responsible for leading the Finance team in assisting clients to secure vehicle financing and provide vehicle protection products to support their ownership needs. So that we may best serve our clients, this position works a Sales schedule, which includes evenings and Saturdays. What are the day‑to‑day responsibilities? Ensure proper compliance regarding all government regulations. Support the Sales Department and ensure professional handling of the vehicle purchase process in regards to financing and legal documentation. Lead the Finance team to meet and exceed performance goals. Monitor and ensure proper funding of deals. Provide ongoing training and support for Finance and Sales Consultants. Assist in obtaining finance approvals and completing final paperwork when needed. Build and maintain working relationships with indirect lenders and product vendors. Responsible for maintaining a department that is clean and organized. Establish and meet monthly objectives. Attend department and manager meetings. What are the requirements for this job? Demonstrated ability to lead a team of F&L Consultants. Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to quickly build customer relationships, sales oriented. Ensure adherence to F&L reporting requirements of Bobby Rahal Automotive Group. Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation & presentation skills. Advanced MS Office skills. Team orientated and ability to independently problem solve. Ability to adhere to deadlines and adjust accordingly. Three to Five years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's Degree required. Apply Today!
