Restaurant Manager - High Volume Bar & Grill - Atlanta, Georgia
Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Benefits & Lucrative Bonus Plan

A Day in the Life of a Restaurant General Manager:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that our restaurant runs smoothly and delivers exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team, fostering a positive work environment that promotes growth and development
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, driving initiatives to optimize profitability and operational efficiency
- Collaborate with executive management, chefs, and the team to create innovative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal standards, while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Requirements for Success:
- At least 5 years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience
- Proven track record in successfully leading and growing restaurant revenues and profitability
- Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills, with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure
- Excellence in problem-solving, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Mastery of restaurant operational systems, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Robust understanding of food and beverage trends, marketing best practices, and restaurant competitive analysis
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
