***PMHNP Needed for a Nursing Home in Odessa, TX 1 a day/week*** (We also need someone in Fort Stockton and Crane, TX 1 day/week). This is an ON-SITE position and CANNOT be done remotely. Applicants must live less than 2 hours from facilities.

Supportive Care provides behavioral health services to geriatric residents in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. The residents receive quality psychotherapy sessions, medication management, and other services by our extraordinary team of clinicians.
