HR Generalist

The HR Generalist supports the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management, helping to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and employment regulations.Essential Responsibilities:Support the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs.Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of personnel information.Assist employees with questions related to benefits, policies, procedures, and employment matters.Administer employee benefits and support annual enrollment activities.Partner with managers to address employee relations issues and promote a positive work environment.Assist with performance management processes, employee development initiatives, and training programs.Support leave administration, attendance tracking, and accommodation requests.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.Prepare HR reports, maintain records, and analyze workforce data as needed.Assist with HR projects, employee engagement initiatives, and process improvements.Support payroll-related activities and coordinate with payroll teams when applicable.
