About Our Client

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction is open due to growth and strong pipeline. Our client is a reputable leader and general contractor within the commercial space in the Hudson Valley/ Peekskill, NY and have a great reputation. The Project Manager - Commmercial Constructioni in Peekskilly, NY will be a pivotal hire for the general contractor and will help them continue to grow and develop in the future.

Job Description

Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.

A successful Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Peekskill, NY should have:
