The Project Manager - Commercial Construction in Peekskill, NY will be a pivotal hire for the general contractor and will help them continue to grow and develop in the future.
Job Description
- Manage all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning to completion.
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects comply with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to key stakeholders.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project goals.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
