Bilingual (English-Spanish) Immigration Law Secretary

Overview We are seeking an entry-level, bilingual (English-Spanish) Immigration Law Secretary to join our legal team, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence related to immigration cases with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage case files efficiently using Google Drive ensuring all records are organized. Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish via phone, email, or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Assist with client interviews by gathering necessary information and documenting case details accurately. Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with clients and team members. Prior experience is not necessary but willingness to learn and to work independently is what we are looking for. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Strong interpersonal skills including professional phone etiquette; ability to speak with clients effectively is important.
