Job Description
The onsite Sales Coordinator supports the efficiency and success of the sales organization by managing administrative responsibilities, maintaining accurate data within the company’s operating system, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments. This role requires a highly organized professional capable of managing complex procurement contracts, technical equipment documentation, and formal bid submissions.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to support and follow up on sales inquiries
- Process orders accurately and promptly
- Enter and maintain sales data in CRM and ERP systems
- Provide administrative sales support to the inside sales team
- Ensure proper documentation of sales transactions
- Collaborate with team members to facilitate smooth sales operations
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales coordination, admin support, and customer service
- Proficiency with CRM software and ERP systems
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
- Strong communication and data entry skills
- Understanding of the bidding process, BOMs, SOWs, proposals, and contract components
- Experience in vendor relations and acting as a liaison between internal departments
