Job Description
You do not need a background in insurance to get started here. If you are organized, dependable, and comfortable working with people, you can build the skills this role requires from day one.
\n \nAs an Appointment Coordinator with The Dorne Region in Las Vegas, you will support a team of licensed agents by keeping their calendars full and their follow-up on track.
\n \nWhat you will do:
\n- \n
- Schedule and confirm appointments between prospective clients and licensed agents \n
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email to maintain engagement and move conversations forward \n
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, scheduling activity and client status \n
- Coordinate with agents to confirm each appointment is prepared and ready \n
- Track and update contact information and pipeline notes throughout the day \n
Grow in an independent role with coaching, team support, and opportunities for greater responsibility.
\n \nNo prior insurance experience is required. Training is provided from your first week, and team support is available as you get up to speed.
\n \nThis is a full-time, on-site position in Las Vegas. Earning potential ranges from $65,000 to $95,000 and is based on performance.
