Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tufts Behavioral Health, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions using established treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed therapy.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that outline clear goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to the client's needs.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless integrated care for clients.

• Delivering crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments, and developing safety plans when necessary.

• Leading group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes to enhance client engagement and learning.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
