Join our dedicated Assisted Living team, where compassion, patience, and meaningful connections are at the heart of everything we do.Responsibilities Overview:As an Assisted Living Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll assist residents by providing direct care that supports their day-to-day routines; making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors living in a luxury Assisted Living setting.What You'll Do:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene.Build trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care.Assist residents with walking, transportation, and transfers using gait belts when necessary.Promote resident independence and dignity.Work collaboratively with Charge Nurses and the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.What We Offer:Job Types:Full-Time and Part-Time positions availableSchedule:Monday to FridayRotating weekends12-hour shifts (7am-7pm)Competitive Pay:$18.00 - $20.00 per hourFlexible Hours:Part-Time: 12 – 32 hours per weekFull-Time: 32 – 40 hours per weekPosition Requirements:A valid unencumbered Missouri Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.A High School Diploma or equivalent.At least 1 year of Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience in an Assisted Living setting is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful connections with staff, residents, and families.Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.Reliable transportation is required.Why Work at McKnight Place Assisted Living and Memory Care?We believe in taking care of our employees as much as our residents.
