Your duties will include:

• Performing thorough patient assessments through physical examinations and comprehensive reviews of medical histories.
• Assisting in evaluating and diagnosing surgical conditions via imaging studies and lab results interpretation.
• Cooperating closely with surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical treatment plans.
• Providing vital intraoperative assistance, including preparing operating rooms, ensuring proper patient positioning, and handing instruments during procedures.
• Offering pre- and post-operative care, which encompasses medication administration, wound management, discharge planning, and patient education.

For this role, we are seeking:

• A Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Successful completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is highly desirable.

This role also requires:

• A current and unrestricted PA-C certification.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant.
