Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the RN Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating education programs that support nursing staff competency, compliance, and quality outcomes.Responsibilities for RN Educator:Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs for nursing staff to ensure clinical competence and regulatory compliance.Provide orientation and onboarding education for new nursing employees.Conduct ongoing in-service training on clinical skills, policies, procedures, and best practices in resident care.Assess staff learning needs and develop targeted training programs to address knowledge gaps.Monitor and evaluate staff competency and provide coaching or remediation as needed.Collaborate with nursing leadership to support quality improvement initiatives and regulatory survey preparedness.Maintain accurate documentation of training, competencies, and educational activities.Utilize PCC (PointClickCare) systems to support documentation, training, and reporting needs.Support a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and clinical excellence across the nursing team.Qualifications for RN Educator:Must possess a current, unencumbered active RN license in the state of New Jersey.A nursing degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.A minimum of five (5) years of nursing experience is required.At least two (2) years of supervisory experience in a nursing care center, hospital, or related healthcare setting required.Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) required.Our Core Values in ActionPassion – Committed to developing confident, skilled nursing staff who deliver high-quality resident care.Respect – Supporting staff growth through fair, encouraging, and professional education practices.Excellence – Ensuring clinical competency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement through structured education and training programs.Benefits for RN Educator:Tuition reimbursementEmployee referral bonusHealth, vision, and dental benefits401(k) with matchEmployee engagement and culture committeeCompany-sponsored life insuranceEmployee assistance program (EAP) resourcesJoin our team at Berlin Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, a 128-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
