As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct nursing care and personal hygiene assistance
• Administering medications and treatments, including respiratory therapies
• Ensuring compliance with infection control policies
• Organizing and prioritizing care effectively
• Reporting incidents and changes in patient conditions to the Registered Nurse
• Offering patient instruction during hospitalization and upon discharge
• Assisting with the orientation and ongoing education of new staff and students
• Maintaining professional and clinical competence through continuing education

Requirements for this role include:

• Graduate of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse Program with current licensure
• CPR and ACLS certifications
• Visual, auditory, and manual dexterity to assess patient conditions
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn facility-specific programs
• Need 1 year experience in setting
