Registered Nurse - Telemetry

$2105.28/week - Job Summary: Provides specialized telemetry nursing care to patients, monitoring their vital signs and response to treatment. Ensures high-quality patient care through careful assessment and effective intervention. Responsibilities: Assess patient condition continuously and document vital signs and telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor arrhythmias and communicate critical findings to the healthcare team. Educate patients and families about their condition, procedures, and post-discharge care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate patient care. Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse license in relevant state or jurisdiction. Proven experience in telemetry nursing or cardiovascular units preferred. Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, telemetry monitoring, and emergency response. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. BLS and ACLS certification required.
