Graduate Nurse Telemetry RN

Telemetry Nursing Position

Provide high-quality telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Ensure patient safety and comfort while performing clinical assessments and interventions in a fast-paced environment.

Assess patient condition regularly and document vital signs and telemetry data.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to arrhythmias or emergencies.

Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and care plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update care strategies.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with hospital protocols.

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Proven experience in telemetry or cardiac step-down units.

Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring equipment and protocols.
