Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to understand their mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapeutic sessions with couples and families, as well as individual sessions to promote healing for all members of the unit.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues related to alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, grief, relationship conflicts, and adjustment to life changes.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for patients.
\n
• Documenting patient progress through detailed clinical records in compliance with all applicable regulations.
\n
• Providing crisis intervention as needed and formulating safety plans for at-risk clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As part of our clinical team, you will work primarily with a diverse array of patients, including couples, families, and individual clients. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting those dealing with:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in the state of Massachusetts.
