We are a specialized MSP (Medicare Secondary Payer) firm committed to investing in our employees' growth and development. We provide the tools, training, and support needed to build deep expertise in a highly specialized area of law.

This role requires strong written communication, exceptional attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review settlement documents for workers' compensation and general liability claims
• Conduct pre-review and quality assurance of Medicare Set-Aside (MSA) reports
• Prepare and submit MSA packages to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) via the federal submission portal
• Draft disputes and appeals related to Medicare conditional payment liens
• Participate in client and internal calls regarding MSAs, Section 111 reporting, and conditional payment matters
• Assist in preparing client-facing materials, including PowerPoint presentations
• Communicate regularly with supervising attorneys regarding workload, deadlines, and case updates
• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to support client deliverables
• Adhere to company policies, including confidentiality, compliance, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license (in good standing)
• 0-3 years legal experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while managing competing priorities
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment
