Behavioral Health Technician

The Behavioral Health Technician will provide client supervision and care as part of the treatment team. The BHT will supervise and facilitate daily milieu of programs/services as assigned, such as assisting with activities of daily living skills, facilitating educational and community/recovery groups, and activity therapy. Read and implement a client’s treatment plan. Provide clients with positive cues and redirection. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications ($17.50/hour): Bachelors or master’s degree, no experience necessary OR Associate degree plus one (1) years behavioral health work experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus Peer Support Specialist certification plus two (2) years of behavioral health work experience OR High School Diploma or GED plus four (3) years of behavioral health work experience. Requirements Must be 21 years of age (automobile insurance requirement) and possess a valid AZ driver’s license with a “clean” or “acceptable” driving record.
