What You Will Do: Install, upgrade, and maintain computer equipment Provide prompt and effective technical assistance through in-person or remote support, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and technical incidents, resolving issues accurately and efficiently. Manage and document support tickets within ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolutions and clear communication. Assist with new hire setups, office moves, and software deployments, maintaining inventory and asset tracking. Collaborate with IT on complex problems and contribute to knowledge base documentation for recurring issues. Support AV hardware troubleshooting and on-site presentation needs as required, ensuring seamless meetings and presentations. Required Skills: Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow. Ability to install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team with a sense of urgency.
