About the Position

A well-established, 50-year-old Federally Qualified Community Health Center with three clinics in Santa Cruz, California, is searching for a Site Medical Director for one of its locations.

About the Opportunity

• Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
• See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day
• Flexible schedule with a mix of clinic and administrative responsibilities.
• The position will have 15 hours per week allocated for the administrative role
• The position will involve assisting the CMO with advancing the Strategic Plan and also improving the job satisfaction and performance of its providers
• EPIC EHR
• Spanish-speaking a plus
• Opportunity to teach family medicine residents in the clinic
• Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers

Financial Package

• Compensation ranges from $220K to $290K depending upon training and experience level
