This isn't a background role; you'll be the primary face of Stridepath for assigned accounts, owning your deliverables and building real expertise in ServiceNow Employee Workflows (HRSD). We need someone who can combine strong technical delivery skills with business process consulting acumen to see work compound over time.Be the One to:Technical DeliveryConfigure, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications within Managed Services engagements, with minimal supervisionWrite clean, well-designed, testable code and document your work consistentlyLead or support story grooming, pointing, and sprint ceremonies for assigned workParticipate in code promotion activities and cutover planningDevelop implementation plans for solution components in ServiceNow update setsApply ServiceNow features including Portal, Integrations, AI Search, and others as relevant to client environmentsComplete peer review testing and provide clear test steps for handoffBusiness Process & DesignLead or support discovery and design workshops, serving as the bridge between technical execution and client business needsEngage clients to demonstrate how ServiceNow HRSD and Employee Workflow applications address their specific processesDrive HR process definition, re-engineering, gap analysis, and solution design from both a process and technology perspectiveAuthor user stories and cases that are thorough enough to support technical configurationDevelop and maintain design workbooks, process documentation, test scripts, use cases, and flow diagrams as neededProvide options-based guidance to client stakeholders — not just recommendations, but the thinking behind themCustomer & Project ManagementServe as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, communicating proactively and clearlyManage your own task queue and track progress using Managed Services toolsetsSupport project health by documenting risks, actions, issues, and key decisionsLead customer knowledge transfer sessions for assigned projects and deliverablesGuide and facilitate UAT activities as defined in the statement of workIdentify and raise risks related to design or configuration decisions — don't wait for someone else to flag themTeam & Practice ContributionMentor associate-level team members and share what you knowContribute to internal process improvement initiatives and toolingParticipate in stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint activities actively — not passivelySeek out integration learning opportunities and bring new platform knowledge back to the teamWhat You Need:2+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a strong foundation in HRSD or Employee WorkflowsDemonstrated ability to own technical deliverables independently and seek input appropriatelyComfortable presenting to and working directly with both technical and business stakeholdersFoundational understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and ITSM conceptsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycleStrong written and verbal communication — you write documentation people actually readSelf-driven learner who doesn't wait to be told what to study nextNice to Have:Experience in a managed services or AMS delivery modelExposure to HR business processes, employee service delivery, or workforce managementFamiliarity with process design tools like Lucid or VisioBackground in project coordination or light PM dutiesUnderstanding of ServiceNow integrations or platform APIsCertifications:Expected within 90 days of start (or currently held):ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)ServiceNow CIS-HRITIL Foundations (not required but preferred)Target within first year:ServiceNow HRSD Professional Plus SuiteServiceNow HR ProfessionalWhat We Offer:Competitive Health Benefits401(K) with a 4% contributionVacation and Volunteer BenefitsA collaborative and agile working environmentWorld-class co-workers with extensive ServiceNow experienceContinuous learning cultureStridepath Consulting is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer -race/ color/ religion/sex/ sexual orientation/ national origin/age/ disability/ gender identity/veteran status.
