Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistant - $18-$25/hour A local company in Conroe, TX is searching for a skilled Office Administrator to join our team. This is a full-time position in a professional environment where the ideal candidate will oversee daily administrative operations while supporting bookkeeping/accounting functions. Interested candidates, please send updated resumes to: View email address on click.appcast.io Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations, including phones, scheduling, and correspondence Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies Assist with payroll processing and timesheet tracking Support accounts payable and receivable functions Create and maintain invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements Reconcile financial records and assist with bank statement reviews Prepare basic reports and support accounting team as needed Provide customer service support for internal staff and external clients Assist with event coordination, scheduling meetings, and office communications Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies Required Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software a plus Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer service skills and professional phone etiquette Detail-oriented with accuracy in data entry and record keeping Ability to manage confidential information 2+ years of administrative or bookkeeping/accounting support experience Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred Apply online or at our office: Express can help you find the job that is a good fit for your needs and abilities, and you’ll never pay a fee for our services and support.
