Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000. The pay range is what Andaz Napa reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education. Responsibilities The Event Planning Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and executing events that align with organizational goals and deliver exceptional attendee experiences. This role oversees all aspects of event management, including budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, client communication, and on‑site event execution. The Event Planning Manager ensures successful delivery of events while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service, and operational efficiency.
