As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirementsIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamDrive and manager AI programs with high level Stakeholders across CCB organizationsRegularly meet and present to Managing Directors across CCB Product and TechnologyPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standardsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivityAbility to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectationsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesStrong ability to learn and quickly pick up AI tools and methodsExceptionally comfortable and confident in presenting to high level stakeholders Strong in managing multiple projects and fire drillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsStrong AI tools and methods experienceLead Technical Program Management experience in a very large and complex Financial services environmentChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
