Property Management Accountant

Windermere Signature Properties, the leading independent real estate brokerage company serving the Greater Sacramento Region, is an immediate job opportunity for an experienced Property Management Accountant to join our team. This is an onsite, full‑time position working Monday‑Friday, 8:00am‑5:00pm at our corporate office located in Sacramento, California. We are looking for a customer service‑oriented individual with the ability to complete multi‑level tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to interact effectively with sales agents, office staff, and varied personalities in a real‑estate office setting. Primary Responsibilities Extract financial information from property management agreements and lease agreements Bill rents Post cash receipts Pay vendors Account for security deposits Calculate property manager commissions Calculate and pay property owner draws Produce owner and tenant reports Process annual 1099s Other ad hoc projects as directed We offer a fast‑paced and fun work environment with a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid company holidays, vacation and sick time. EOE Education & Work Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required, post‑secondary education a plus.
