As a Service Advisor you are the face of our car wash, responsible for greeting customers, promoting car wash packages and memberships, and providing exceptional service. Your role is essential to driving revenue, growing our customer base, and ensuring a great experience from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet all customers in a friendly and professional mannerEducate customers about car wash options and membership benefitsPromote and sell services to meet individual and team sales goalsOperate the point-of-sale system to complete transactions accuratelyAddress customer questions or concerns to ensure satisfactionMaintain a clean and organized work areaAssist with general site operations as neededWhat We're Looking ForNo prior experience required – training will be providedApplicants must be at least 16 years oldReliable, coachable, and eager to learnComfortable working outdoors and on your feetWork EnvironmentOutdoor, active role in all weather conditionsFrequent physical activity is required: bending, reaching, stooping, stretching, and stepping in and out of vehicles.Safety is a prime concern; you must be alert, move safely around moving cars, and be able to step up into and down out of vehicles.Perks and IncentivesEmployee Discounts start right away!Employee Referrals - Earn up to $200 per referral!
