Work Environment\n

This position is designed to be remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home office while maintaining the highest standard of care for your clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for clients, identifying their unique psychological needs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate face-to-face therapy sessions via telehealth platforms for individuals, couples, and families.

• Apply evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy, to help clients manage their circumstances effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during times of acute need, ensuring that clients receive immediate assistance.

• Document client interactions meticulously in compliance with Tennessee state regulations using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
\n
• Participate actively in case reviews and team meetings, contributing to collaborative discussions to enhance treatment approaches.
\n
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including training in the latest therapeutic methodologies and evidence-based interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in Tennessee, demonstrating your qualifications to practice in the state.

• A bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field; a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or psychology is strongly preferred.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy in an outpatient or mental health setting.

• Strong proficiency in therapeutic intervention strategies, especially those grounded in evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is advantageous in maintaining efficient documentation processes.
