What The Position is About:
- Oversee sales teams across multiple markets to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales reps
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead sales meetings and one on ones
- Create a culture of continuous training, improvement, teamwork, and accountability
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance and provide regular feedback to the team, offering continuous coaching and mentoring to optimize performance and professional growth
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven one-call-close in-home sales management experience
- Experience managing a team of 10+ sales reps
- Windows experience is a plus
