Fabricator – Macedonia, OH Start ASAP!

Fabricators are responsible for reading blueprints, measuring materials, operating fabrication equipment, and assembling custom metal products to specification. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to safely use tools and machinery such as shears, drill presses, cut-off saws, and hand tools.

Pay & Scheduled:

• $19.00 Hourly
• Monday – Friday - 12-Hour Shifts
• Must be able to work overtime

Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Fabricate custom products according to blueprints and specifications
• Minimum of 2 years of fabrication experience
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Technical training, trade school, or 2–4 year degree preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Highly mechanically inclined
• MIG welding experience preferred but not required
• Experience operating: Shears, Drill Presses, Cut-Off Saws, Hand Tools
• Operate fabrication equipment and support machinery safely and efficiently
• Utilize measuring tools and perform accurate calculations
• Maintain quality standards throughout the fabrication process
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, squat, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
