You MUST be comfortable with blueprint reading and fabricating parts. This is not a production welding position. This is NOT a production welding position. Troubleshooting and Problem solving. Job Details This position focuses on custom MIG welding and fabrication for industrial mixing equipment. You’ll be working on large welds and non‑repetitive builds, not an assembly‑line or production environment. Each project is different, requiring a strong ability to read blueprints, interpret drawings, and fabricate components accurately from specifications. This role is ideal for a welder who enjoys variety, challenge, and technical problem‑solving. You’ll regularly be asked to troubleshoot fit‑up issues, adjust welding approaches, and collaborate with the fabrication team to ensure high‑quality, structurally sound builds. Attention to detail, pride in workmanship, and the ability to think through fabrication challenges are critical for success.
