What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
• Utilize the nursing process for effective patient assessment, planning, and implementation
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Delegate and manage nursing resources efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and hospital policies
• Document patient information accurately using electronic health records
• Provide patient education and support to promote recovery and well-being

What You Need:

• Valid Louisiana RN license
• BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (current)
• Minimum 2+ years of emergency room experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• Certification in a clinical specialty area
• Experience in a high-volume ER setting
