Keep Work Zones Moving.Forward Traffic & Marking (FTM) is looking for an experienced Regional Traffic Control Sales Manager to grow our temporary traffic control rental business throughout Wisconsin.This is a relationship-driven sales role focused on developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and becoming the trusted traffic control partner for contractors, municipalities, utility companies, and public agencies. Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.What You'll DoDevelop new customer relationships and grow existing accounts throughout Wisconsin.Generate new business for temporary traffic control rentals and related traffic control services.Build relationships with general contractors, utility contractors, municipalities, engineering firms, state and local agencies, and other infrastructure customers.Identify upcoming projects and position Forward Traffic & Marking as the preferred traffic control partner.Prepare quotes, proposals, and bid responses.Partner with operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with exceptional customer service.Represent Forward Traffic & Marking at contractor meetings, trade shows, networking events, and industry associations.Monitor market activity, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.Achieve sales and business development goals while expanding market share.What We're Looking ForMinimum of 3 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.Experience in traffic control, construction services, equipment rental, roadway safety, or a related industry preferred.Proven ability to develop new business and build long-term customer relationships.Existing relationships with contractors, municipalities, utility companies, or transportation agencies throughout Wisconsin are highly desirable.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel throughout Wisconsin.Why Join Forward Traffic & Marking?Weekly PayMedical, Dental & Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time OffCompany Vehicle or Vehicle AllowanceCell Phone AllowanceProfessional Development & Career GrowthThe support of a local team backed by the strength and resources of Road Safety ServicesIf you're ready to build relationships, grow a territory, and help keep work zones moving safely, apply today and join the Forward Traffic & Marking team.Forward Traffic & Marking is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
