Assistant Property Manager

Assistant Property Manager We are looking for an organized, client-focused individual who will play a central role in customer care supporting the management of a commercial property. In this role you will be involved in all aspects of managing a building, from operations and finances to tenant and owner relationships. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and contractors. Respond promptly to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations. Manage service contracts, track bid packages, and complete property inspections. Make recommendations to continually improve property management. Prepare regular ownership reports, budgets, and other reports for senior management. Handle administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent and expense payments, property maintenance, and vendor compliance requirements. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, preferably commercial. Familiarity with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI. Experience with contract and leasing agreements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Employment Requirements Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
