We specialize in providing immediate, high-quality, and compassionate dental care when patients need it most-whether it's an unexpected toothache, emergency procedure, or routine restorative care.Located in Tempe, our practice combines the stability of general/same-day dentistry with the energy of an urgent care setting.Here is what makes our team and culture special:Rewarding, Impactful Work: Be the comforting first face and voice for patients who are often stressed or in pain, helping turn their day around.Collaborative & Supportive Team: Work alongside a tight-knit 10-person powerhouse team (2 front office, 4 back office, 2 dentists, and 2 hygienists across 5 modern operatories).Great Work-Life Balance: Wrap up at 3:00 PM every Friday so you can kick off your weekend early!Structured & Communicative: We start every day aligned with a quick morning huddle and maintain a culture where teamwork, clear communication, and mutual respect come first.Corporate Backing, Local Feel: Backed by American Dental Companies (ADC), giving you top-tier administrative support, modern infrastructure, and career development.What You'll Be Doing (The Role)As our Front Office Receptionist, you are the quarterback of the patient experience and daily clinical flow:Patient Greeting & Check-In/Out: Warmly welcome patients, manage intake forms, minimize wait times, and collect co-pays/balances at checkout.Scheduling & Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, return missed calls promptly, and strategically schedule/confirm appointments in Denticon to keep our 5 operatories running smoothly.Insurance Verification & Billing: Perform proactive insurance coverage checks, verify benefits, and enter clean patient data into Denticon.Patient Follow-Up: Reach out regarding unscheduled treatment plans and ensure post-appointment care follow-through.Office Harmony: Maintain HIPAA compliance, prepare daily patient charts, and participate actively in morning huddles to hit daily practice goals.What We Are Looking ForExperience: 1+ years of dental or medical front-desk experience preferred.Software Fluency: Experience with Denticon (or similar dental practice management software like Dentrix/Eaglesoft) is highly advantageous.Insurance Literacy: Basic understanding of dental insurance verification, PPO breakdowns, and co-pay collection.Language Skills: Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus to help serve our local Tempe community.Mindset: Adaptable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to keep a calm, empathetic composure in a busy, fast-paced environment.Benefits & PerksCompetitive Hourly Pay ($20.00 – $22.00/hr DOE) + Monthly Team Performance BonusStandard ADC Comprehensive Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k)Early 3:00 PM departure on FridaysSupportive, team-first environment with daily morning huddlesReady to Apply?If you are an energetic, compassionate receptionist who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, we would love to connect with you!
