No pressure to track every billable minute. It’s a small, handpicked team focused solely on tax, working with high-net-worth individuals and professional services firms that respect your time and expertise. Why This Firm? Built for balance – Busy season: 50–55 hours/week. Outside of busy season: 33 or less. Flexible culture – Optional hybrid setup (but mostly in-office). Fridays off in the off-season.
