What Youll Do:
Help new and current customers find the right auto insurance, including standard
and non-standard options
Build customized plans that fit each clients needs and budget
Answer questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
Meet performance and quality goals
Connect with local businesses to grow relationships and bring in new customers
If you enjoy helping people, building connections, and working in a fast-paced
environment, this role is for you.
Must be Bilingual with excellent verbal & written communication skills in
both English & Spanish
Limited Lines License: Not required but Preferred
Previous experience, customer service, or other related fields
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Great time management and punctuality
Reliable form of transportation
Willing to travel at times to designated offices within the region. Benefits:
