Accounting Clerk

Responsibilities Perform moderately complex clerical assignments in accordance with standard procedures. May handle reconciliations, billing, and balancing. Post details of business transactions, e.g., allotments, disbursements, pay and expense, vouchers, and remittances paid and due to journals, ledgers, or other records. Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents using standard business procedures. Process transactions in subsystems. Payrate: $24.00 - $26.80/hr. Qualifications Specialize in one area of the accounting function. Prepare simple reconciliations. Prepare reports and schedules. Perform administrative functions. Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $24.00 - $26.80/hour . Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
