Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Technician Job Description

Join our team as a 3rd Shift Quality Technician, where you will perform quality checks in a dynamic food manufacturing facility. This role operates during the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am, ensuring that our high standards are maintained throughout our production processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
• Perform swabs and maintain quality documentation.
• Conduct audits and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Inspect and verify the quality of food manufacturing equipment.

Essential Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in a quality role within a food manufacturing facility.
• Proficiency in quality assurance, quality control, and inspection.
• Experience with quality checks on food manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform quality audits and manage quality documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• A degree in the sciences is a plus but not necessary.

Work Environment

Work in a food manufacturing facility with multiple production lines, each producing different products based on daily order demands. The environment includes large mixers and ovens typical of a bakery setting. Machinery often requires disassembly and hand washing, presenting unique challenges for the sanitation team. This is a Permanent position based out of Mount Pleasant, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $52000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
